At Let’s Reset, we care deeply about quality and safety. Since our products are perishable functional beverages, refunds are handled under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if:
- You receive a damaged, leaked, or spoiled product
- You received an incorrect item
To request a refund:
- Email us at info@letsresettoday.com within 24 hours of delivery
- Include clear images/videos of the product and outer packaging
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds for:
- Taste preferences or personal dislike
- Delayed delivery caused by courier partners
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Opened or partially consumed bottles (unless damaged on arrival)
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
