Refund Policy

At Let’s Reset, we care deeply about quality and safety. Since our products are perishable functional beverages, refunds are handled under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • You receive a damaged, leaked, or spoiled product
  • You received an incorrect item

To request a refund:

  • Email us at info@letsresettoday.com within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include clear images/videos of the product and outer packaging

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Taste preferences or personal dislike
  • Delayed delivery caused by courier partners
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Opened or partially consumed bottles (unless damaged on arrival)

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
